In the absence of such a provision, these Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the parties will first seek to resolve any dispute in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings. These Terms do not deprive you of any mandatory consumer or data protection rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
